TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDVOX’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MidVox Policy Group, LLC and its managers, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Termination
MidVox may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if MidVox believes you have violated these Terms.
Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
MidVox may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
